📌 1. Services Offered

Car Bike Bhejo offers the following services:

Car and bike transportation (open/enclosed carriers)
Door-to-door pickup and delivery
Residential and commercial relocation
Packing, loading, unloading, and storage (if required)
Insurance facilitation for vehicle shipments

All services are subject to availability, operational capacity, and confirmation at the time of booking.

📝 2. Booking & Payment

Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Charges will be based on factors such as vehicle type, distance, packaging needs, and service type.
We reserve the right to revise quotes or refuse service in cases of misrepresentation or false information.
Full or partial payment may be required before initiating the service.
All payments must be made through approved modes (UPI, bank transfer, or other listed options).

🚚 3. Pickup and Delivery

We offer door-to-door pickup and drop-off, but access must be permitted for large transport vehicles.
Customers must ensure accurate addresses and availability at the time of pickup and delivery.
Delays caused by incorrect information, local access restrictions, or non-availability will not be our responsibility.

🔒 4. Insurance and Liability

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. We assist in arranging insurance via third-party providers.
carbikebhejo is not liable for damages or losses during transit unless insurance is opted and claimable under the policy.
Natural disasters, riots, strikes, and other force majeure events are outside our control and liability.

📦 5. Packaging

Vehicles are transported as per selected service (open or enclosed carrier).
For bike transport, proper packing is done to avoid minor damages. Customers are responsible for removing valuable items or accessories.
We are not liable for damage to personal items left inside vehicles or unlisted belongings.

⚖️ 6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting admin or logistic costs.
No refunds for cancellations made after dispatch or on the same day of pickup.
